UNELCO ENGIE is partnering with ANZ Bank (Vanuatu) to offer to UNELCO ENGIE customers the option to pay their water and electricity invoices with their mobile phones, using a digital payment method “ANZ goMoney”.
Customers who choose this digital service will be able to pay their electricity and water invoices by simply transferring money from their ANZ bank account to their UNELCO ENGIE customer account; all done directly from their mobile phone.
The objective of this service is to make our customer’s life easier by expanding the options available for them to pay their UNELCO ENGIE invoices; and in this case, offer a new method that is available anytime and from anywhere with mobile phone coverage.
UNELCO ENGIE’s Commercial Director explains that this initiative is part of a broad series of initiatives underway that aim to modernize and digitalize customer service.

In order to access the ANZ go Money service:
- customers must have an ANZ transactional bank account;
- must have a Digicel SIM in order to be able to proceed with the transactions or payments via mobile phone;
- must register with the ANZ goMoney service and obtain a secret individual PIN.
