We are looking for two Ni-Vanuatu candidates for the position of INVOICING AGENT who meet the following requirements:
LEVEL REQUIRED :
- Baccalaureate or equivalent with 2 to 3 years' experience in a commercial or customer relations management role.
- Good knowledge of office automation tools
MISSIONS :
- Ensure that the relief cycle is respected,
- Assign the daily workload to the meter readers,
- Ensure that data is received correctly and check the quality of meter reading information,
- Drawing up requests for inspection or index reading operations in order to guarantee the completeness of the reading information,
- Check that meter reading data is entered into the billing software and make any necessary corrections,
- Draw up statements in preparation for billing,
- Check the consistency of the data and carry out any necessary checks,
- Draw up the invoices,
- Draw up post-invoicing statements,
- Organise enveloping,
- Organise the distribution of invoices,
- Drawing up high consumption letters,
- Drawing up ship invoices,
- Process complaint invoices,
- Handle invoices at standstill.
In general :
- Work in close collaboration with the Company's other departments,
- Advise his/her hierarchy of any problems and/or malfunctions and propose solutions to the problems encountered,
- Participate in achieving the objectives of the Sales Department and carry out any exceptional tasks that help to achieve them.

- Knowledge of the MAREL tool
- Oral communication (Bishlamar, French and English)
