We are looking for two Ni-Vanuatu candidates for the position of INVOICING AGENT who meet the following requirements:

LEVEL REQUIRED :

Baccalaureate or equivalent with 2 to 3 years' experience in a commercial or customer relations management role.
Good knowledge of office automation tools

MISSIONS :

Ensure that the relief cycle is respected,
Assign the daily workload to the meter readers,
Ensure that data is received correctly and check the quality of meter reading information,
Drawing up requests for inspection or index reading operations in order to guarantee the completeness of the reading information,
Check that meter reading data is entered into the billing software and make any necessary corrections,
Draw up statements in preparation for billing,
Check the consistency of the data and carry out any necessary checks,
Draw up the invoices,
Draw up post-invoicing statements,
Organise enveloping,
Organise the distribution of invoices,
Drawing up high consumption letters,
Drawing up ship invoices,
Process complaint invoices,
Handle invoices at standstill.

In general :

Work in close collaboration with the Company's other departments,
Advise his/her hierarchy of any problems and/or malfunctions and propose solutions to the problems encountered,
Participate in achieving the objectives of the Sales Department and carry out any exceptional tasks that help to achieve them.

Knowledge of NEXT
Knowledge of the MAREL tool
Oral communication (Bishlamar, French and English)
Analysis and synthesis
Office software

LANGUAGES :

Good command of French, English and Bislamar.
